Diseases, fungi, insects, and poor nutrition are all factors that prevent your property from looking its best, To realize the full potential of your property, your options range from basic fertilization and weed control to a six step program that includes deep root feeding, deer repellant, anti-desiccant applications, soil enhancements, core aeration and power seeding. We also offer precision tree and shrub pruning, as well as other arbor care for a beautiful, healthy landscape.
LAWN PROGRAMS
Estate Program
The Six Step Lawn care program includes 6 lawn applications. Scheduled March-November. This program includes Fertilization, Weed Control, Grub Control and a Core Aeration. Call back are provided at no additional charge.
Basic Program
The basic program is a 5 visit lawn service. 5 applications, scheduled March- November. The program includes Fertilization, and Weed Control. (Disease & Insect Control and Core Aeration is not included. Call backs are done at no additional cost for weeds only.)
Organic Program
The Organic Program is a 6 step lawn program . Scheduled March- November. The program includes a well balanced, slow release fertilizers. 2 Core Aerations in the Spring & Fall, as well as Over-Seeding during both Aerations. It also includes Lime & Gypsum as part of the 6 visits.
Lime Application
Balances the PH level in your soil.
Gypsum Application
Soil conditioner, helps to retain moisture. Lawns need less watering.
Mole Control
Trapping and baiting for Mole that tunnel on the property. The bait mimics the moles natural food source which are earthworms and grubs.
ARBOR CARE PROGRAMS
The 8 Visit Tree Program
Topical applications that can be performed March- November. Applications are either Horticultural Oil or Insecticidal Soap.
Systemic Injection
Provides Insect & Disease control internally to the tree/ shrub.
Deep Root Feeding
Provides a slow release nutrient to the plants through the root system. This service also breaks up soil compaction.
Anti-Desiccant
Topical Application that provides winter protection to the trees/ shrubs that keep their foliage over the winter. Helps to reduce the moisture loss.
